My Skullman sleeve has a small crack after about 8 months of use, but the main device still works fine. What should I do?
The Skullman main device is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
However, the silicone sleeve is considered a consumable/wear-and-tear part because it comes into direct contact during use and cleaning. As a result, sleeve damage is not covered under the warranty.
