2. Warranty Period

    Customers may apply for after-sales service within 15 days of delivery (based on tracking status) for any product defects or quality issues.
  • Electronic Products:
    Electronic items within the Gift Box (e.g., massagers, heating devices) are covered by a 90-day warranty for functional quality issues.

3. Replacement Policy (No-Return)

Partial Replacement Principle:
The Gift Box is a bundled product. If a specific item within the box is defective, we will provide a free replacement for that specific item only. We do not support returns or replacements for the entire box.

Hassle-Free Replacement:
Due to cross-border logistics and hygiene considerations, confirmed defective items do not need to be returned. We will ship a replacement directly to your original address.

Randomness Disclaimer:
The specific contents are randomized. Requests for replacements based on personal preference or "disliking the style" are not eligible for after-sales service.

4. Hygiene & Safety Protocol

IMPORTANT: Due to the intimate nature of adult products, items cannot be returned or exchanged once the individual product packaging or hygiene seal is broken, unless a functional quality defect is proven.

5. Required Evidence for Claims

To process your claim quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photos or videos showcasing the defect or functional failure.
  • A photo of the shipping label on the original delivery box.

6. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of man-made damage, unauthorized disassembly, fraudulent evidence, or claims made after the expiration period.
