# How to track my order from email system?

Follow these simple steps to locate your package:

## **Step 1: Find Your Shipping Email**

✅ **Check**:

- Your **inbox** for:
  *Subject: "Dear ,Your order 12345 has been shipped. BeYourLover®"*
- **Spam/Junk folders** (search: `support@beyourlover.com`)
- *Tip*: Whitelist our email to avoid future delays.

→ **Click "View Your Order"** in the email.

Tips: You may find the message at your spam fold or junk fold, sometimes the email system crush.

## **Step 2: Access Your Account**

**Log in** at [BeYourLover.com](https://www.beyourlover.com/)

Tips: Forgot password? Click **"Reset Password"** (check your email for a link).

Go to **"My Orders"** → Select your order → Click **"View"**.

## **Step 3: Track Your Package**

You shall find the tracking number under your order. And click the "Track" button, you shall find your shipping info.

- Find your **tracking number** (e.g., `BYL12345USPS`).
- Click the **"Track" button** → You’ll see:
  📍 Real-time location
  📅 Estimated delivery date
  🚚 Carrier contact page

## **Step 4: Get Automatic Updates**

You’ll receive emails at key milestones:

1. Order shipped
2. Out for delivery
3. Delivered
