# Why Haven't I Received Order Emails?

**Don’t worry!** Here’s how to track down your order updates:

  - Outlook/Hotmail → "Junk Email" folder

✅ **Guest Checkout Limitation**

- Guest orders *don’t* create an account automatically. To link your order to an email account:
