# When & How Can I Cancel My Order?

#### **Situation 1: Order Not Yet Shipped** ✅

If your package hasn't left our warehouse, we can cancel it for you!

- **Refund:** A full refund will be processed within **3 business days**

#### **Situation 2: Order Already Shipped** 🚚

If your package is on the way:

1. First accept the delivery
2. Then email us at [support@beyourlover.com](https://mailto:support@beyourlover.com/) for return instructions

- ✋ Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
